I know all of my banking and credit card login and passwords by heart. I couldn’t always just say them out loud, but when I sit down at the computer to log in to a site they just get typed out without having to think about it. (So if my husband asks me for a password, I sometimes have to sit down and type it in because otherwise, I cannot always recall them!)
When it comes to all the other passwords, I have many of them scribbled on a random sheet of paper I have in our kitchen. There is very little room on this sheet, so I figured I needed to finally make a password keeper printable to get them better organized.
I plan to keep two copies in my cupboard. One will include the passwords I use at least once every few months and then behind that main list, I will keep a second list of the information I need just once or twice per year. When you just sign into a site a few times a year, it can be time-consuming to change the password. Many sites make it easy on you and it just takes a minute to reset the password. But some sites make it much harder with all the complexities they expect with your username and password.
Or now that I think of it, I may need to use another sheet for my blogging passwords. There are many! Especially because I belong to so many affiliate programs.
If you want to keep a log of username and passwords handy, print off this free password keeper printable and put it next to your computer. There are 4 versions included in the one file.

There is also a horizontal Username and Password list on my How to Organize Your Bills post. For my own use, I needed a vertical version instead of the horizontal version I included in the other post.
